Our percentages decide our streams and careers with natural potential given zero weightage.
In this era of theoretical and commercialized education, “A.K. Tutorials” was founded in 2012 with a vision to build education system on concepts and application. At A.K. Tutorials, we understand not all students have same learning and grasping abilities and hence, all cannot be treated in the same manner. We, therefore, follow KAV Model of teaching which help us to classify students on the basis of learning abilities. We have a dedicated team of experienced, qualified and dynamic faculties who work consistently with students helping them identify their strengths and help them achieve their true potential.
We follow SWOT analysis model in our organization for both staff and students. My staff is continuously motivated to work with students and convert their weaknesses into strengths and help them bank upon strengths to make careers.
We strongly believe that there are 3 people responsible in the making of student’s career, that is, Parents, Teachers and Students themselves. All three have a role to play and need to understand their role with clarity with one common goal. Since, students are not mature enough they need to be guided and supported at every stage of their life by parents and teachers. This cannot be achieved without transparent and timely communication between all three. Our organization is based on strong ethical values and follows transparent two way communication system so as to ensure all 3 are in regular touch providing regular feedback to each other that helps us to take corrective action at the right time.
The talent and the energy which our students possess need to be nurtured, shaped and channeled in the right direction. Our combined efforts would bring out not only the best in their careers, but the best in their lives.
