1. ICSE
The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) is an examination conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, a private board of school education in India. One of the most challenging and comprehensive board requires one of the best and most experienced teachers to make it simple.
At A. K. Tutorials we have the best experienced teachers who with their wide array of experience makes ICSE syllabus simple and easy to understand. This board requires loads of writing practice and conceptual understanding. Hence, we have a planned schedule of Test Series where we take chapter wise tests, unit wise tests and complete syllabus tests. We take at least 3 preliminary exams and our teachers solve at least 5 previous years’ board papers with students to give them enough practice on paper pattern and hands on experience. This boosts student’s confidence and helps them score better marks in board exams.
SUBJECTS OFFERED
In subjects where there are more than one paper (e.g., Science), the marks obtained in the subject are calculated by taking the average of all the papers in the subject. Candidates appearing for the examination have to study six subjects, with one to three papers in each subject. This makes for a total of eight to eleven papers, depending on the subjects. ICSE results are taken from best five of six subjects out of which English marks is compulsory.
